●General characteristics:

●Design features:

1) Using a 30L stirred reaction tank, it can operate at 60Bar and a maximum temperature of 200 ℃;

2) Injection system: SS tank with 30L temperature control, diaphragm injection pump with 20L/h; The maximum outlet pressure is 150 Bar and the maximum temperature is 100 ℃;

3) The crystallization tank is equipped with a jacket and hot oil circulation, with heating tubes exchanged for cold water, an explosion-proof lamp, a window, a pressure and temperature control unit, and a stirring system speed ranging from 30 to 600rpm;

4) Collection unit: jacketed stainless steel tank, capable of receiving a capacity of 30L;

5) Buchner filter: SS jacket;

6) Temperature range: room temperature~+200 ℃; Temperature accuracy of 0.5%;

7) Running time required: 60min~120min;

8) Daily cycle times: 3-4 times;
